Supmea HVAC Monitoring at Shanghai Pudong International Airport

Project Overview

Shanghai Pudong International Airport operates a large HVAC system to maintain suitable indoor conditions across its facilities. Reliable measurement of water flow and temperature is essential for monitoring system operation and managing energy use.

In December 2018, Supmea instruments were installed at the airport’s Energy Center to support HVAC system monitoring.

Solution Provided

Supmea supplied flowmeters and temperature flow totalizers for the Energy Center. The flowmeters measure water circulation through the HVAC pipelines, while the totalizers process flow and temperature data for centralized system monitoring.

The measurement data helps operators understand HVAC operating conditions and provides a basis for system adjustment and energy management.
