Turbidity Monitoring for a Food Manufacturing Facility in Pakistan
Project Overview
A food manufacturing facility in Pakistan required continuous turbidity monitoring for its wastewater treatment process.
Manual sampling increased the operators’ workload and made it difficult to respond quickly to water quality changes. The new system needed to provide stable online measurement and support compliance with discharge requirements.

Solution Provided
A Supmea PTU300 flow-through turbidity meter was installed for continuous monitoring at the wastewater outlet.
The selected configuration provides a 0–20 NTU measurement range, 4–20 mA and RS485 outputs, a 24 VDC power supply, and an IP54 enclosure.
Supmea and the local distributor also provided installation guidance and commissioning support.

Results and Benefits
According to the project records and customer feedback, the solution achieved:
