Product Overview

The SUP-ADI7000 Residual Chlorine Electrode is a digital electrochemical disinfectant sensor designed for continuous online monitoring of residual chlorine, high-purity chlorine dioxide, and ozone. Featuring a membrane-less three-electrode measurement system with integrated ARM processing and RS485 Modbus communication, it delivers stable, accurate measurements without reagent consumption. It is ideal for drinking water treatment, municipal water systems, swimming pools, industrial process water, and other water disinfection applications.

Key Features

  • No membrane replacement or electrolyte refilling required, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
  • Provides excellent zero-point stability with high sensitivity for reliable long-term monitoring.
  • Supports Modbus RTU communication for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring platforms.
  • Advanced filtering algorithms effectively suppress electrical noise for stable measurements.
  • Advanced filtering algorithms effectively suppress electrical noise for stable measurements.
  • Electrochemical measurement eliminates chemical reagent consumption and secondary pollution.
  • Provides measurement results comparable to the DPD colorimetric method under stable pH conditions.

FAQ

What disinfectants can the ADI7000 measure?

The sensor measures Residual Chlorine, High-Purity Chlorine Dioxide, and Ozone using electrochemical measurement technology.

Does the sensor require reagents?

No. The ADI7000 is completely reagent-free and requires no chemical consumables during operation.

How often should calibration be performed?

Supmea recommends:

  • Once per week during the initial operation period.
  • Approximately once per month after the sensor stabilizes.
  • Calibration should be performed using the DPD colorimetric comparison method.
Does the sensor use a replaceable membrane?

No. The membrane-less design eliminates membrane replacement and electrolyte maintenance.
