Product Overview

The SUP-ORP6050 is an industrial online ORP electrode designed for continuous oxidation-reduction potential monitoring in demanding water treatment and industrial process applications. Featuring a ring-shaped platinum sensing element, solid electrolyte, and PTFE annular junction, it delivers fast response, excellent anti-fouling performance, and long-term measurement stability. Its PPS housing and 3/4" NPT threaded connection make installation simple for pipelines, immersion systems, and process tanks.

Key Features

  • The ring-shaped platinum sensing element quickly detects oxidation-reduction changes, providing stable real-time monitoring.
  • A large-area PTFE annular junction minimizes clogging and maintains measurement accuracy in contaminated water.
  • Solid electrolyte technology and an extended reference diffusion path reduce maintenance while improving electrode lifespan.
  • No additional electrolyte replenishment is required, reducing routine maintenance requirements.
  • The chemically resistant PPS body withstands harsh industrial environments while providing reliable mechanical strength.
  • Compatible with immersion, pipeline, flange, top-mounted, and flow-through installations using a standard 3/4" NPT connection.

FAQ

What does the ORP6050 measure?

The ORP6050 continuously measures oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in liquids to monitor oxidation and reduction reactions in industrial processes.

How often should the sensor be calibrated?

Calibration frequency depends on the application. For demanding industrial environments, regular calibration is recommended to maintain optimal accuracy.

Does the sensor require electrolyte refilling?

No. The ORP6050 uses a solid electrolyte design that eliminates the need for routine electrolyte replenishment.

What installation methods are supported?

The sensor supports submersible, pipeline, sidewall, top-mounted, flange-mounted, and flow-through installations using a standard 3/4" NPT process connection.
