The SUP-PH6.5 pH/ORP Controller is an intelligent online chemical analysis controller designed for continuous monitoring of either pH or ORP, and temperature in industrial water treatment processes. It supports isolated 4–20 mA analog output and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, enabling seamless integration with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Featuring a modular hardware design, configurable high/low alarm outputs, automatic or manual temperature compensation, and a 2.8-inch LCD display, the controller provides stable, reliable performance for thermal power, chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, environmental protection, and municipal water treatment applications.

Can the SUP-PH6.5 measure pH and ORP at the same time?

No. The SUP-PH6.5 is a single-channel controller. It can be configured for either pH measurement or ORP measurement, but it cannot measure both parameters simultaneously. If your application requires monitoring multiple water quality parameters at the same time, consider a universal multi-parameter controller such as the SUP-DC2000.

What temperature sensors are supported?

The controller supports NTC10K as standard and Pt1000 / Pt100 temperature sensors for automatic or manual temperature compensation.

What mounting method is used?

The controller is designed for panel mounting with a 92.5 × 92.5 mm cutout and is recommended for indoor industrial installations.

Does the controller support PLC or SCADA systems?
