Product Overview

The SUP-TDS-8001 is a digital conductivity electrode designed for continuous online monitoring of conductivity, TDS, and salinity in water. Featuring a two-pole graphite sensor, built-in temperature compensation, and RS485 Modbus RTU communication, it delivers stable, accurate measurements with excellent corrosion resistance. The PPS housing and isolated digital design make it suitable for long-term monitoring in freshwater, seawater, industrial process water, and IoT water quality applications.

Key Features

  • Supports RS485 Modbus RTU for direct integration with PLC, SCADA, controllers, and IoT systems.
  • Measures conductivity, TDS, salinity, and temperature simultaneously with a single sensor.
  • High-stability graphite electrodes provide reliable conductivity measurement with excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Integrated temperature sensor automatically compensates conductivity readings for improved accuracy.
  • Industrial-grade PPS housing ensures long service life in freshwater and seawater applications.
  • Suitable for 24/7 online monitoring in water treatment, aquaculture, and industrial processes.

FAQ

What parameters can the SUP-TDS-8001 measure?

The sensor measures conductivity, TDS, salinity, and temperature simultaneously.

Does the sensor provide automatic temperature compensation?

Yes. The built-in temperature sensor automatically compensates conductivity measurements using a default reference temperature of 77°F (25°C).

Is the sensor suitable for seawater applications?

Yes. The two-pole graphite sensor and PPS housing are designed for continuous monitoring in both freshwater and seawater.

Can the communication address be modified?

Yes. The RS485 device address can be configured from 1 to 255, with 1 as the factory default.
