Product Overview

The SUP-FCC300 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is designed based on the Coriolis force measurement principle, enabling direct measurement of fluid mass flow, density, and temperature in closed pipelines. With high accuracy, wide measuring range, and minimal installation requirements, it is suitable for demanding industrial applications including chemical processing, petroleum, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and paper industries. The meter can measure challenging media such as high-viscosity fluids, slurries, and suspensions while providing reliable operation with low maintenance requirements.

Key Features

  • Measures the actual mass flow rate of fluids without requiring additional density compensation or conversion calculations.
  • Provides reliable measurement performance with accuracy options up to Class 0.2 for demanding industrial processes.
  • Simultaneously measures mass flow, fluid density, and temperature, enabling comprehensive process monitoring.
  • Handles challenging fluids including high-viscosity liquids, slurries, and suspensions where conventional flow meters may struggle.
  • Requires no upstream or downstream straight pipe sections, simplifying installation in compact piping systems.
  • Designed for long-term industrial operation with stable performance and minimal maintenance needs.

FAQ

What parameters can the SUP-FCC300 measure?

The SUP-FCC300 can simultaneously measure mass flow, fluid density, and temperature, providing multiple process variables for industrial monitoring.

Can this flow meter measure high-viscosity fluids or slurry?

Yes. The Coriolis measurement principle allows the SUP-FCC300 to measure difficult media such as high-viscosity fluids, slurries, and suspensions.

Does the SUP-FCC300 require straight pipe sections before or after installation?

No. Unlike many traditional flow meters, the SUP-FCC300 does not require upstream or downstream straight pipe sections, making installation easier in limited spaces.

What should be considered during installation?

The sensor should be installed with proper pipe support to avoid external vibration affecting measurement accuracy. For liquid applications, vertical installation with upward flow is recommended when possible.
