The Sanitary Electromagnetic Flowmeter is specially designed for hygienic liquid measurement in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other sanitary processing applications. It features a sanitary connection design and food-grade wetted materials to meet strict hygiene requirements, while supporting easy cleaning and maintenance in production systems.

  • Designed with smooth internal surfaces and sanitary-grade construction to minimize contamination risks and meet hygienic process requirements in food and beverage production.
  • Provides reliable flow measurement with accuracy up to ±0.5% of measured value under standard operating conditions.
  • Designed for measuring conductive liquids and liquid-solid two-phase flow in industrial pipelines. The measured liquid conductivity should generally be above 5 μS/cm.
  • With no moving parts inside the measuring tube, the electromagnetic flowmeter creates minimal resistance and avoids additional pressure loss.
  • Supports forward and reverse flow measurement with configurable flow direction settings.
  • Measurement performance is not affected by changes in liquid temperature, pressure, density and viscosity.
