The LWGY-SUP Turbine Flowmeter is designed for accurate liquid flow measurement with high accuracy, wide measuring range, and reliable long-term operation. It uses an internal impeller structure to generate pulse signals proportional to flow velocity and supports multiple output options including pulse output, 4–20 mA current output, RS485 Modbus communication, and local display. The flowmeter is widely used in industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, metallurgy, and water process applications. It is suitable for clean liquids that are compatible with stainless steel and other wetted materials.

What type of media can the LWGY-SUP Turbine Flowmeter measure?

The flowmeter is designed for clean liquids that do not corrode stainless steel, 430F stainless steel, ceramic, or carbide materials. The measured liquid should not contain fibers or solid particles.

Does this turbine flowmeter support both flow monitoring and total flow calculation?

Yes. Models with local display can show instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total flow values simultaneously.

Can the flowmeter be used outdoors?

Yes. The standard protection rating is IP65, with IP67/IP68 available by request. Outdoor installation should avoid direct sunlight and rain exposure.

What installation considerations are required?
