Product Overview

The SUP-P262-B anti-corrosion hydrostatic level transmitter is designed for continuous liquid level measurement in corrosive environments. It uses a high-performance ceramic pressure sensor to measure hydrostatic pressure proportional to liquid depth and converts it into standard 4–20 mA, voltage, or RS485 signals. Featuring PTFE anti-corrosion construction, excellent sealing performance, and IP68 protection, the transmitter provides reliable level monitoring for acidic, alkaline, and other aggressive media in chemical and industrial applications.

Key Features

  • Uses PTFE corrosion-resistant material to provide excellent protection against acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive liquids.
  • Equipped with a high-performance ceramic pressure sensor for stable hydrostatic pressure measurement and reliable level monitoring.
  • Suitable for chemical plants and industrial processes requiring level measurement of aggressive liquids.
  • The probe can be directly immersed into tanks, wells, and reservoirs for convenient installation and continuous level monitoring.
  • Provides reliable protection for long-term submerged operation in demanding liquid environments.
  • Supports 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, 0–5 V, and RS485 communication options for flexible system integration.

FAQ

What type of sensor does the transmitter use?

It uses a high-performance ceramic pressure sensor to measure hydrostatic pressure generated by liquid depth.

What makes the SUP-P262-B different from standard hydrostatic level transmitters?

The SUP-P262-B uses PTFE anti-corrosion materials, making it suitable for acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive media where standard metal probes may not provide sufficient protection.

Can it measure corrosive chemicals?

Yes. The PTFE anti-corrosion construction is designed for corrosive liquids commonly found in chemical processing applications.

Can the transmitter be installed underwater?

Yes. The submersible probe design with IP68 protection allows direct immersion installation in tanks, wells, and reservoirs.
