Product Overview

The SUP-ST500 is an intelligent head-mounted temperature transmitter designed for RTD, thermocouple (TC), resistance, and voltage signal inputs. It converts various temperature signals into a standard 4–20 mA output for industrial process monitoring. With PC/PDA configuration, built-in cold junction compensation, and flexible sensor compatibility, it provides reliable temperature signal transmission for automation systems.

Key Features

  • Supports RTD, thermocouple, resistance, and voltage signal inputs, allowing flexible integration with different temperature sensors.
  • Converts various temperature inputs into industrial standard 4–20 mA signals for easy connection with PLC, DCS, and control systems.
  • Supports parameter configuration through PC or PDA, including sensor type, temperature unit, and measurement range settings.
  • Provides integrated cold junction compensation for thermocouple measurement applications.
  • Round card structure designed for installation inside Form B sensor heads, saving space and simplifying system integration.
  • Provides transmission accuracy up to 0.1% FS with low temperature drift for reliable long-term operation.
